Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee of ¥1,000 (tax included) will be charged nationwide.

*Orders over ¥15,000 (tax included) qualify for free shipping.

[Asia (Hong Kong S.A.R., China, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong)]

A flat shipping fee of ¥3,000 (tax included) will be charged.

*Orders over ¥40,000 (tax included) qualify for free shipping.

[Oceania (Australia, New Zealand)]

A flat shipping fee of ¥3,700 (tax included) will be charged.

*Orders over ¥40,000 (tax included) qualify for free shipping.

[Europe (France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom)]

A flat shipping fee of ¥4,500 (tax included) will be charged.

[North America (United States, Canada)]

A flat shipping fee of ¥4,000 (tax included) will be charged.

Product Delivery

Products will be shipped within 7 days of order and payment completion.

If you were unable to receive your product

If the product is not received due to customer's convenience within 7 days of delivery to the specified shipping address, it will be deemed as returned.

The costs incurred for product delivery, return, storage, etc., will be borne by the customer.

Important Notes

During long holidays such as New Year's and summer holidays, and for orders placed before and after these periods, shipping may take longer than usual.

Please note that delivery dates may be subject to change for deliveries to remote islands, due to unforeseen issues, or during periods of high delivery volume.
