| Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges | Orders are processed automatically once placed, so cancellations cannot be accepted as a general rule. Cancellation is possible only while the order has not yet been processed for shipping. If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrectly entered address, absence at the time of delivery, or failure to arrange redelivery, and the parcel is returned to us by the carrier after a certain period, we will arrange redelivery. The redelivery cost will be borne by the customer. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after delivery. If there is a defect in the item you receive, such as a faulty product or the wrong product, we will accept a return or exchange. Please apply through the Contact Form. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges in these cases will be borne by us. |
